Hello, hello!

I've never been quite good with introductions, for either I ramble on too much or too little, but I point you to my Livejournal for the full-scale idea of my personality.

However, I was re-directed here by Jenniferplague because ff.net is beginning to get a bit scary and I've always wanted a more close-knit community.

But, for some basics:

I'm a bit of an English nerd, to put it lightly. I am currently aiming to get two original novels published (after more editing), and am attending college. I plan to major in both English and Creative Writing, and am minoring in Secondary Education. I'm into playing my classical music loudly and my contemporary/Indie softly, and like nothing more than experimenting with words, space, and sound while writing.

I'm very much into psychology, some forms of sociology, and literary analysis.

In general, my favorite writers and/or poets are Charles Bukowski, Edgar Allan Poe, Hori Tatsuo, Vladimir Nabokov, Haruki Murakami, and so on.

As for what I like writing? Well, it varies. I like small details, deceptive silence, and otherwise stream-of-consciousness.
